A bit about Carriegraphy

Hello!

My name is Carrie and I am the founder of Carriegraphy and The Rainbow Warehouse.

I am the proud Mum of Emelia, 8 and Freya, 4 and live in the beautiful Dorset countryside in the south of the UK.

When I was little, my Grandad was my biggest artistic inspiration - he drew all the churches in Dorset in his spare time and they were the most incredible drawings I had ever seen. He taught me all sorts and had a million stories and I still think of him very fondly even though he sadly died when I was 23.

He is very much the reason why I am creative (neither of my parents are!) and I love nothing more than learning a new technique or teaching myself something new when I have some spare time.

I have been self employed since I was 19 years old, I had a beauty salon back then but have since been more creative because I used to make jewellery, melted crayon pictures, noticeboards, sell buttons and craft supplies, make button pictures, design high end diamond jewellery and now I am a hand letterer/ calligrapher, alcohol ink artist and polymer clay jewellery artist.

Thanks so much for joining me. I'd really appreciate you following me on my social media channels. You can find me on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.

Thanks so much, Carrie
